This notice explains which data Duodiet handles, why, and what you can ask for. The data controller is Mokita Studio — VAT IT03321070801 — info@mokita.studio.
What we collect
- Account: an identifier and, if you give them, your name and email. If you sign in with Apple, Google or Facebook we only receive the identifier and the email — never your password, never your contacts.
- Your meal plan: meals, foods and amounts, which you upload yourself.
- What you tick off: food eaten, shopping in the cart, dishes cooked.
- Measurements, if you enter them: weight, circumferences, height. These are health-related data and we handle them only because you give them to us, to show you how they change over time.
- Photos of your measurements stay on the phone: they are never uploaded anywhere.
Why
To run the app: show you your plan, build the shopping list, keep the phones of the same household in sync. We don't profile anyone, we don't run ads, and we don't sell or share data with third parties.
Who you share it with
Only with the people in your household inside the app, and only what is needed: your plan becomes visible to the other person after you upload it, and stops being visible if you leave the household or are removed. Nobody else sees measurements and photos.
Where it lives
On servers in the European Union (Supabase, Frankfurt region). Traffic is encrypted and every row in the database is protected by rules that tie it to the household of whoever asks.
For how long
As long as you keep the account. When you delete it from the app your data goes with it: plan, ticks, measurements. Only anonymous technical logs remain.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing. Deletion you do yourself from the app, at any time; for everything else write to info@mokita.studio, which answers within thirty days. You can also contact the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
If something changes
If this notice changes substantially we tell you inside the app, before the change takes effect.
The Italian version prevails in case of discrepancy.
